  1. About Us Invest in Time is a UAE-based luxury watch boutique specialising in the sourcing, buying, and reselling of authentic pre-owned and new timepieces. We operate online and can be contacted via WhatsApp at +971 58 523 5196 or by email at info@investintime.ae.

  2. Enquiry & Purchase Process All purchases are conducted through a personal enquiry process. By submitting a request via our website, you agree to be contacted by our team via WhatsApp or email to discuss availability, pricing, and payment terms. No purchase is confirmed until both parties have agreed in writing.

  3. Authenticity Guarantee Every timepiece sold by Invest in Time is 100% authentic. We conduct thorough verification checks on all watches before sale. Any watch found to be inauthentic will be fully refunded.

  4. Pricing All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase agreement.

  5. Payment Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each transaction. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  6. Shipping & Delivery We ship within the UAE and internationally. Shipping costs and timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase. All watches are fully insured during transit.

  7. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is not as described. The watch must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  8. Limitation of Liability Invest in Time is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
